There’s a lot that goes into an email from the organization to employees.

To start, it needs to be accurate and have only relevant content.  You also want it to:

  • Use clear, plain language
  • Be structured “employee-first”
  • Make required actions easy to understand
  • Have an effective subject line
  • Be visually appealing
  • Include a way for employees to ask questions (replying may not be appropriate)

… and more.
