There’s a lot that goes into an email from the organization to employees.
To start, it needs to be accurate and have only relevant content. You also want it to:
- Use clear, plain language
- Be structured “employee-first”
- Make required actions easy to understand
- Have an effective subject line
- Be visually appealing
- Include a way for employees to ask questions (replying may not be appropriate)
